해당 글을 참고하여 드라이버를 다운로드 받았고,

아두이노:1.8.8 Hourly Build 2018/11/05 12:33 (Windows 7), 보드:"Arduino/Genuino Uno"

빌드 선택사항 변경됨, 모두 다시 빌드합니다. 
스케치는 프로그램 저장 공간 942 바이트(2%)를 사용. 최대 32256 바이트.
전역 변수는 동적 메모리 9바이트(0%)를 사용, 2039바이트의 지역변수가 남음.  최대는 2048 바이트.

보이게 할 수 있습니다.

혹여 보드에 우노로 설정한 것이 잘못된 것이 아닌가 확인해봤는데 우노라는 항목이 없어서 글을 남깁니다.

최신버전에는 우노라는 항목이 없고 제누이노와 함께 있는 우노밖에 없네요..
